After breakfast, check out and depart for Halong Bay. On arrival at Tuan Chau Marina, board the cruise, meet the captain and crew, and enjoy a welcome drink and briefing before checking into the cabin.

Enjoy lunch while cruising through Halong Bay.

Visit Surprising Cave, one of the bay’s largest grottos, with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites. Continue to Titop Island, where you may swim or climb to the summit for panoramic views of the bay.

Return to the cruise and enjoy a Sunset Party on the sundeck, followed by a cooking class. Dinner is served onboard.

In the evening, relax, socialise with other guests, play board games or join squid fishing. Overnight in an air-conditioned cabin with private bathroom facilities.

Enjoy breakfast onboard as the cruise heads towards the Natural Preservation Zone.

Take part in kayaking around Luon Cave. Return to the cruise to relax and prepare for check-out; luggage can be stored onboard.

Continue cruising through the bay, passing Ba Hang Fishing Village, Dog Islet and other limestone formations. Enjoy lunch before disembarking at Tuan Chau Marina between approximately 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM.

Return to Hanoi and enjoy free time until the evening. At approximately 9:00 PM, board the overnight train to Lao Cai.

Arrive at Lao Cai Station and transfer to Sapa, approximately 38 km away. Enjoy breakfast at a local restaurant.

Begin a trek down into the valley for approximately 5 km. Along the route, observe H’mong villagers working in the rice fields and see local animals such as chickens, water buffaloes and pot-bellied pigs.

Visit the old hydroelectric power station built during the French colonial period and stop at a waterfall for a rest.

Continue on foot to Sin Chai Village, where you can observe the way of life of the Black H’mong community, including traditional weaving and indigo-dyeing practices.

Return to Sapa Town for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, set out on a trek along buffalo paths and village trails through Lao Chai and Ta Van.

Meet Black H’mong and Dzay communities and gain an insight into their daily life. The route offers expansive views across the valley, surrounded by layered rice terraces.

After the trek, transfer by limousine bus back to Hanoi. Arrive at the hotel at approximately 8:00 PM for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for Ninh Binh, enjoying views of the northern countryside along the way.

Arrive in Hoa Lu at approximately 10:00 AM and visit the temples of King Dinh and King Le, dating from the 10th century.

After lunch, board a bamboo boat rowed by local people along the Hoang Long River to visit Tam Coc, known as the “Three Caves”. Enjoy the peaceful scenery of rice paddies and limestone mountains, particularly beautiful during the April and September rice seasons.

Return to the harbour and travel back to Hanoi. Enjoy free time for shopping in the Old Quarter and Dong Xuan Market.
