Detailed Itinerary

Day 1Hanoi Arrival - Half Day City Tour

Upon the arrival, you are met at the Noi Bai airport and transferred to the hotel by our driver (Early check in is not included) and then transfer you back to hotel.
13h30: Our Tour guide and our driver pick up at your hotel and start to city tour
14h00-14h15: Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, The Temple of Literature (Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam) is one of the most attractive tourist spots in Northern Vietnam. The Temple of Literature was founded in 1070.
15h15: Keep going to visit Hoan Kiem Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda and train street.
18h30: Our gudie will take you back to the Hotel.
Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2Hanoi - Sapa - Cat Cat Village (B)

07h30: Picking up you hotel and depart to Sapa.
07h30 – 11h45: Following the Highway to Lao Cai city with the comfort break.
11h45 – 13h00: Bus on the mountain road approaching Sapa Town. On the way you can see beautiful view, the valley with terraced field.
13h00: Arriving in Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic people. Transfer to hotel for check in (check in time is 14:00PM)
14h00: A short walk to the Cat Cat Village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station, stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will trek up hill to get back to Sapa with very beautiful scenery in the late afternoon. The trekking distance is about 2.5 kms and it lasts for 2 hours.
17h00: Coming back to Sapa Town. Free discovery Sapa town.

Day 3Fansipan Peak With Cable Car - Transfer To Hanoi (B)

08h00: After breakfast in hotel, driver & tour guide take you to Cable Car Station and spend 20 minutes with cable car to enjoy the spectacular scenery.
09h00: Reaching the altitude of 2800 meters, you have a good time to see the view and take photos, visit pagoda the spiritual destinations and trek up to 600 steps you will reach the peak of Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina. (Spend about 1,5 hours for hiking and taking photos).
11h30: Coming back to Cable Car Station and return to Sapa town.
12h00: Lunch at local restaurant In the afternoon (own expense)
14h00: Getting on car to go back to Hanoi with comfort breaks.
20h30: Arrive hotel.

Day 4Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight On The Cruise (B/L/D)

08h30: You will be picked up from your hotel. Then we will head to Ha Long Bay. You may enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta along the way
11h30: Upon arriving in our lobby in Tuan Chau Marina, you may take a short stretch while our staff arranges all registration with the local government.
12h00 – 12h30: The cruise captain and staff will welcome you onboard after a short tender transfer. While enjoying a refreshing welcome drink, a short cruise briefing and safety instructions will be given.
12h30 – 13h00: the cruise voyages to Ha Long Bay – one of the New Seven Nature Wonders of the World. Lunch is served on board while the cruise passes via amazing limestone karst formations that rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner.
14h00 – 14h30: You will leave the cruise to explore Sung Sot Cave (also known as Surprise/ Amazing Cave), one of the biggest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay.
15h00: Returning to cruise, the trip will continue to Ti Top Island. Here, you can watch the magnificent view over either the Gulf of Tonkin or swim in the emerald green and cool water.
17h00: After a long day, this is the ideal time to enjoy energizing drinks and snacks by joining ‘Happy Hour’ or Cooking Class on the sundeck
19h30: Sumptuous Dinner is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff.
20h30: After dinner, various activities including karaoke, and squid fishing are organized. Or you can just laze around with exhilarating drinks from our bar. The rest of the day is spent at your leisure.

Day 5Halong Bay - Hanoi - Fly To Danang (B/Br)

06h15 – 07h00: Breakfast is served. It can be a great idea to enjoy the meal with the magnificent view of the sunrise in Ha Long Bay.
08h00 – 09h30: The cruise gets closer to the center of the Natural Preservation Area. Join our guide on a short trip to Luon Cave. This magic work of nature shows you the formation of karst mountains. You can discover this time masterpiece by kayaking on your own. If you are lucky, you can catch great photos with mischievous monkeys jigging up and down around the cliffs.
09h30: our staffs on Cruise welcomes you back on board and it is time for checking out.
10h00: Whilst cruising back, delightful lunch will be served.
11h35: We return to the quayside in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark in Tuan Chau Marina. Transfer to the airport to take flight to Danang. Upon Danang arrival, transfer to hotel for check in.

Day 6Coconut Village - Hoi An Ancient Town- Drop Lantern Flower (B/D)

14h00: The driver and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel.
14h30: Guide and driver will come to pick you up for Marble Mountain and Hoian ancient town. Start your adventure with Cam Thanh Coconut for being a fisherman at Cam Thanh Coconut Village, you will experience about learning traditional fishing techniques and how to row unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats while exploring the tranquil coconut palm waterways of the past war. On this tour, we provide authentic social and cultural insight into the local way of life in Vietnam. Furthermore, you will take part in some hands-on activities which are fun, safe, and interesting are suitable for everybody.
About 16h30: Visit to the next destination to Hoi An Old Town.
Go to the Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, a colorful mélange of bright gates, dragon statues, and elaborate rooftops. Get an introduction to ancestor worship while visiting the family altar and watching local devotees making offerings.
- You will see remarkably well-preserved old houses Phung Hung Ancient House or Tan Ky Ancient House that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers from all around the world. Especially, you will enjoy art shows at Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House.
- Make a stop at the Japanese Bridge. The bridge spans a small waterway and was constructed more than 400 years ago to connect the Japanese community with the Chinese who lived on the other side of the water. Admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge, learning about their symbolism and cultural significance.
- Additionally, visit some of Hoi An’s well-known handicraft shops and artwork galleries. Discover smaller laneways and local neighborhoods, gaining a better appreciation of Hoi An’s endless charm.
Dinner with Hoi An specialty food by your own.
18h00: Enjoy your time with the boat ride on Hoai River and release the flower lanterns to pray for the best lucks to you and your family. You will immerse yourself in the fanciful space of the lantern street. Free your time with the night market and enjoy the shimmering space of Hoi An.
Back to hotel for relaxing.

Day 7Bana Hills - Golden Bridge (B/L)

08h30: We pick you up at the hotel and start to visit Ba Na Hills – also known as the second DaLat in Central Vietnam.
09h30: You will be carried to the peak by cable car system that won 4 World’s Records (longest one-wire sling; the longest distance between each station; the longest unpatched wire; and finally the heaviest cable roll), admire the epic view and enjoy the fresh air here.
10h00: Explore Golden Bridge, sits 1,400 meters above sea level, an altitude which creates the illusion of a silk strip hiding in the clouds above Da Nang.
- Walking around and taking photos at Le Jardin D’Amour (the Flower Garden of Love), Linh Ung Pagoda, with 27m – height Shakyamuni statue on 6m – height lotus brings tourists a peaceful feeling as visiting this place.
- Enjoy the panorama of Da Nang city.
- The next destination of your trip in Ba Na is French Village. You will feel free to visit the holy places in Ba Na: the Linh Tu Temple, the Temple of Mother Nature, the Belfry, the Phong Tu Tower, or the French village. From this area, all the scenery of Ba Na – Quang Nam’s nature is below your feet.
12h00: You will take a rest and have buffet as lunch in restaurant. After lunch, you can experience many thrilling rides and games such as slide-way, love wheel, fire race and ghosts’ house in Fantasy Park – the world-class indoor amusement park. Join in Fantasy Park by Walking in Fairy Forest, discovering Dinosaur Park, playing 5D wild west, enjoying 4D death race ride, watch 3D mega 360 degrees…
15h00: We say good bye to Ba Na.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the client

For group bookings, the following cancellation charges will apply:

45 days or more before arrival: No cancellation charge, except for any non-refundable services already booked.
44 – 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour price will be charged.
29 – 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
14 – 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

Non-refundable services

Certain services may be non-refundable once confirmed, including but not limited to domestic flights, train tickets, cruise bookings, hotel deposits, entrance tickets, special meals, visa-related services, and other services subject to suppliers’ own cancellation policies.

Reduction in number of passengers

Any reduction in the number of passengers after confirmation may affect the package price. The final price will be recalculated based on the actual number of participants and the cancellation terms of hotels, transport companies, restaurants, cruises, and other suppliers.

Cancellation due to force majeure

In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, political unrest, epidemics, flight cancellation, government restrictions, or other events beyond the control of both parties, we will try our best to negotiate with suppliers to minimize cancellation charges. However, any actual costs already incurred will be charged to the client.

Refunds

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, bank fees, and non-refundable costs. The refund processing time may depend on the payment method and the policies of banks and suppliers.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!
