Who plans and operates an ITG trip?

Indochina Travel Group has separate roles for trip planning, tour operations, marketing and accounting rather than one person handling every stage. During the planning stage, a travel consultant works from the traveller or agency brief. After a programme is confirmed, the operations team coordinates the land services included in that booking, while accounting supports the related payment and documentation flow.
