This Hanoi, Sapa & Ha Long Bay 5 Days 4 Nights Tour is designed for travelers who want to discover the best of Northern Vietnam in a short but memorable journey. The itinerary combines the cultural landmarks of Hanoi, the mountain landscapes of Sapa, the ethnic village experience at Cat Cat Village, the iconic Fansipan Mountain and the limestone beauty of Ha Long Bay.

Your trip begins in Hanoi with a city tour covering famous attractions such as One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. The journey then continues to Sapa, where you will enjoy cool mountain air, scenic valleys and a cultural visit to Cat Cat Village. On the following day, you will experience Fansipan, known as the “Roof of Indochina”, with monorail and cable car rides offering spectacular mountain views.

The tour concludes with a Ha Long Bay day cruise, including lunch on board, cave exploration, emerald waters and a visit to Titop Island. Detailed Itinerary

Day 1Hanoi Arrival & Hanoi City Tour

11h30: Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport. Your local guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel.
Proceed to the hotel for luggage drop-off or check-in, depending on room availability. Standard hotel check-in time is usually 14h00.
After lunch and check-in, depart for a Hanoi City Tour.
Visit One Pillar Pagoda, one of Hanoi’s most unique historic pagodas with distinctive architecture.
Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university and an important symbol of education and culture.
Explore Hoan Kiem Lake, a peaceful landmark in the heart of Hanoi.
Walk through the Old Quarter, known for its narrow streets, local shops, street food and lively atmosphere.
20h00: Transfer back to the hotel.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2Hanoi to Sapa & Cat Cat Village Tour (B)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out.
08h00: Depart from Hanoi to Sapa, a beautiful mountain town in northwest Vietnam.
Sapa is known for its breathtaking scenery, cool climate, cultural experiences, trekking routes, local markets and mountain views.
14h00: Arrive in Sapa Town. Transfer to the hotel for check-in.
Take some time to refresh and relax after the journey.
Depart for a visit to Cat Cat Village, one of the most popular cultural destinations in Sapa.
Explore the traditional village atmosphere, learn about local ethnic communities and enjoy the surrounding mountain scenery.
After the tour, transfer back to the hotel.
Overnight in Sapa.

Day 3Fansipan Tour & Sapa to Hanoi (B)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out.
09h00: Depart for the Fansipan Tour.
Fansipan Mountain is known as the “Roof of Indochina” and is the highest peak in Vietnam, reaching 3,143 meters above sea level.
Enjoy the monorail experience and admire scenic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
Take the modern cable car and relax while enjoying stunning panoramic views along the way.
Reach the Fansipan summit area and enjoy breathtaking views over the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, depending on weather conditions.
After the Fansipan tour, return to Sapa Town.
16h00: Depart from Sapa back to Hanoi.
22h00: Arrive in Hanoi, check in at the hotel and relax.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 4Ha Long Bay Day Cruise (B/L)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you will have a chance to see the countryside landscapes of Northern Vietnam, including rivers, rice fields, canals and local villages.
Arrive in Ha Long Bay and board your day cruise.
Enjoy a full-day cruise through Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its emerald waters and thousands of limestone islands and islets.
Have lunch on board while cruising through the scenic bay.
Explore hidden caves, grottos and beautiful limestone formations, including Surprise Cave.
Visit Titop Island, where you can swim, relax on the beach or climb to the viewpoint for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.
In the evening, return to Hanoi.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5Hanoi Departure (B)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Free time at leisure until your scheduled airport transfer.
Your driver will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Noi Bai International Airport for your departure flight.

- No Show: 100% charge.
- 1 – 2 days: 100% of the tour price.
- 3 – 5 days: 75% of the tour price.

- 11 – 14 days: 30% of the tour price.
- 15 – 29 days: 10% of the tour price.
- 30 days up: No charge.
E-visa, domestic flight tickets and international flight tickets are non-refundable once issued.

Standard hotel check-in time is usually 14h00 and check-out time is usually 12h00.

Fansipan views depend heavily on weather conditions in Sapa.
Prices are quoted in USD NET per person and based on twin/triple sharing room basis.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.
