It is an active, transfer-heavy programme, not a relaxed multi-night stay in each place. The listed Ha Long excursion is a day cruise, not a night aboard a cruise ship.

Day 1Hanoi Arrival & Hanoi City Tour

11h30: Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport. Your local guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel.
Proceed to the hotel for luggage drop-off or check-in, depending on room availability. Standard hotel check-in time is usually 14h00.
After lunch and check-in, depart for a Hanoi City Tour.
Visit One Pillar Pagoda, one of Hanoi’s most unique historic pagodas with distinctive architecture.
Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university and an important symbol of education and culture.
Explore Hoan Kiem Lake, a peaceful landmark in the heart of Hanoi.
Walk through the Old Quarter, known for its narrow streets, local shops, street food and lively atmosphere.
20h00: Transfer back to the hotel.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2Hanoi to Sapa & Cat Cat Village Tour (B)

Reach the Fansipan summit area and enjoy breathtaking views over the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, depending on weather conditions.
After the Fansipan tour, return to Sapa Town.

Day 4Ha Long Bay Day Cruise (B/L)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you will have a chance to see the countryside landscapes of Northern Vietnam, including rivers, rice fields, canals and local villages.
Arrive in Ha Long Bay and board your day cruise.
Enjoy a full-day cruise through Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its emerald waters and thousands of limestone islands and islets.
Have lunch on board while cruising through the scenic bay.
Explore hidden caves, grottos and beautiful limestone formations, including Surprise Cave.

In the evening, return to Hanoi.

Day 5Hanoi Departure (B)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the client

For group bookings, the following cancellation charges will apply:

45 days or more before arrival: No cancellation charge, except for any non-refundable services already booked.
44 – 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour price will be charged.
29 – 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
14 – 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

Non-refundable services

Certain services may be non-refundable once confirmed, including but not limited to domestic flights, train tickets, cruise bookings, hotel deposits, entrance tickets, special meals, visa-related services, and other services subject to suppliers’ own cancellation policies.

Reduction in number of passengers

Any reduction in the number of passengers after confirmation may affect the package price. The final price will be recalculated based on the actual number of participants and the cancellation terms of hotels, transport companies, restaurants, cruises, and other suppliers.

Cancellation due to force majeure

In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, political unrest, epidemics, flight cancellation, government restrictions, or other events beyond the control of both parties, we will try our best to negotiate with suppliers to minimize cancellation charges. However, any actual costs already incurred will be charged to the client.

Refunds

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, bank fees, and non-refundable costs. The refund processing time may depend on the payment method and the policies of banks and suppliers.

this is our 5th TAD adventure. When booking you know where you are going but from experience we know it’s the Tour Leader that will make or break the trip. Tom greeted us and started with setting up a What’s App, a great idea, it is more than just helpful, it brings the team together, sharing & caring. it didn’t take long for everyone to jump onboard adding info, asking questions and adding /sharing photos. Tom sorted our rooms, handed out our keys, had Water everyday, paid ahead for entry to excursion destinations, organised for laundry etc which certainly ment less headaches for everyone ( upgrade) Organising the bus to save walking or taxi/uber ride (upgrade) With Tom’s wide smile, warm personality & good English we knew we were in good hands, always happy to help out and deal with our issues (they happen) As a tour leader we rate him AAA. An Excellent Guide – Thank You, Hai Nguyen! Hai Nguyen made our Vietnam trip truly memorable! He was punctual, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our time with him. He explained everything so well that we could appreciate not just the places we visited, but also the culture and stories behind them. What touched me most was his willingness to go the extra mile. At Mua Cave, he patiently helped me climb the steps and encouraged me along the way. He also helped us take lovely photographs, assisted us with shopping, and took us to a place selling beautiful bamboo products. His suggestions to visit the night market and take an evening walk around the lake added some wonderful experiences to our trip that we might otherwise have missed. Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!
