7 days / 6 nights | Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Da Nang / Hoi An – Ho Chi Minh City. This is a fast-moving three-region itinerary for travellers who prefer to see several parts of Vietnam in one week rather than stay longer in one area. The six hotel nights are planned as two in Hanoi, two in Da Nang and two in Ho Chi Minh City; Ha Long Bay is a shared day cruise, not an overnight cruise.

How the route works: Day 1 Hanoi arrival and city visits (dependent on your actual arrival time); Day 2 shared Ha Long Bay day cruise and return to Hanoi; Day 3 fly to Da Nang, then coconut-village and Hoi An visits; Day 4 Ba Na Hills; Day 5 fly to Ho Chi Minh City and, if the flight allows, visit Cu Chi; Day 6 a Mekong Delta day trip; Day 7 depart from Ho Chi Minh City. This programme involves long sightseeing and transfer days, two domestic flights and no extra recovery day.

Day 1Hanoi Arrival & Hanoi City Tour

09h30: Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport. Your local guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel.
Proceed to the hotel for luggage drop-off or check-in, depending on room availability. Standard hotel check-in time is usually 14h00.
12h30: Depart for a Hanoi City Tour.
Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, one of the most important landmarks in Hanoi.
Continue to One Pillar Pagoda, a unique historic pagoda known for its special architecture.
Have lunch as arranged in the program.
Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university and an important symbol of education and culture.
Explore Hoan Kiem Lake and the surrounding central area of Hanoi.
Enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Show, a cultural performance inspired by Vietnamese rural life and legends.
Walk through the Old Quarter, known for its narrow streets, local shops, street food and lively atmosphere.
20h00: Transfer back to the hotel.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2Ha Long Bay Day Cruise (B/L)- Joint in Tour

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
08h00: Your guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel and depart for Ha Long Bay.
11h30 – 12h00: Arrive at the pier and check in for your day cruise.
13h30: Enjoy lunch on board while cruising through the beautiful limestone seascape of Ha Long Bay.
14h00: Visit Surprise Cave, one of the most famous caves in Ha Long Bay, with a guided cave exploration.
15h00: Visit Ti Top Island, where you can relax on the beach, swim or enjoy the island scenery.
16h00: Visit Luon Cave and enjoy kayaking through the calm waters surrounded by limestone cliffs.
17h00 – 17h30: Enjoy the sunset view on the bay before returning to the pier.
17h30: Disembark from the cruise and transfer back to Hanoi.
20h00: Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 3Hanoi to Da Nang, Coconut Village & Hoi An Ancient Town (B)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport for your domestic flight from Hanoi to Da Nang. Domestic flight ticket is not included unless otherwise arranged.
12h00: Arrive at Da Nang International Airport. Your local guide and driver will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel.
14h00: Check in at the hotel and take some time to refresh.
15h00: Proceed to the Coconut Village, located around 30 km from Da Nang.
Enjoy a basket boat tour through the coconut forest and learn about local fishing life and traditional basket-making techniques.
16h30: Continue to Hoi An Ancient Town, located about 5 km from the coconut village.
Explore Hoi An’s charming old architecture, colorful lantern streets, local markets, souvenir shops and riverside atmosphere.
19h00 onwards: Enjoy the magical evening vibe as the lanterns light up around the ancient town.
20h30: Transfer back to the hotel in Da Nang.

Day 4Ba Na Hills with Golden Bridge (B/L)

09h00: Your guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel and depart for Ba Na Hills.
Take the cable car ride to the top of the hills and enjoy scenic mountain views along the way.
Visit the famous Golden Bridge, one of Vietnam’s most iconic landmarks and a favorite photo spot for travelers.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the client

For group bookings, the following cancellation charges will apply:

45 days or more before arrival: No cancellation charge, except for any non-refundable services already booked.
44 – 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour price will be charged.
29 – 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
14 – 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

Non-refundable services

Certain services may be non-refundable once confirmed, including but not limited to domestic flights, train tickets, cruise bookings, hotel deposits, entrance tickets, special meals, visa-related services, and other services subject to suppliers’ own cancellation policies.

Reduction in number of passengers

Any reduction in the number of passengers after confirmation may affect the package price. The final price will be recalculated based on the actual number of participants and the cancellation terms of hotels, transport companies, restaurants, cruises, and other suppliers.

Cancellation due to force majeure

In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, political unrest, epidemics, flight cancellation, government restrictions, or other events beyond the control of both parties, we will try our best to negotiate with suppliers to minimize cancellation charges. However, any actual costs already incurred will be charged to the client.

Refunds

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, bank fees, and non-refundable costs. The refund processing time may depend on the payment method and the policies of banks and suppliers.

this is our 5th TAD adventure. When booking you know where you are going but from experience we know it’s the Tour Leader that will make or break the trip. Tom greeted us and started with setting up a What’s App, a great idea, it is more than just helpful, it brings the team together, sharing & caring. it didn’t take long for everyone to jump onboard adding info, asking questions and adding /sharing photos. Tom sorted our rooms, handed out our keys, had Water everyday, paid ahead for entry to excursion destinations, organised for laundry etc which certainly ment less headaches for everyone ( upgrade) Organising the bus to save walking or taxi/uber ride (upgrade) With Tom’s wide smile, warm personality & good English we knew we were in good hands, always happy to help out and deal with our issues (they happen) As a tour leader we rate him AAA. Staying in Hanoi’s Old Quarter was a great experience, and we really enjoyed exploring the beautiful landscapes of Ninh Binh and taking the boat ride through Trang An. The highlight of our trip was the overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay. The stunning scenery, peaceful overnight stay, and morning kayaking made it a truly memorable experience. An Excellent Guide – Thank You, Hai Nguyen! Hai Nguyen made our Vietnam trip truly memorable! He was punctual, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our time with him. He explained everything so well that we could appreciate not just the places we visited, but also the culture and stories behind them. What touched me most was his willingness to go the extra mile. At Mua Cave, he patiently helped me climb the steps and encouraged me along the way. He also helped us take lovely photographs, assisted us with shopping, and took us to a place selling beautiful bamboo products. His suggestions to visit the night market and take an evening walk around the lake added some wonderful experiences to our trip that we might otherwise have missed. Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?

Incase you cannot find your tour guide/airport representative, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us to tell your address, we will contact our tour guide/ representative to looking for you as soon as possible.

Group tour and Private tour.
