6 days / 5 nights | Da Nang, Hoi An & Phu Quoc. This two-region itinerary combines two hotel nights in Da Nang with three in Phu Quoc. It suits travellers who want Hoi An, Ba Na Hills and Phu Quoc’s main entertainment attractions in a single trip, and who are comfortable spending part of Day 3 changing destinations. The domestic flight from Da Nang to Phu Quoc is not included in the displayed package price unless specifically added to your written quotation.

How the six days are allocated: Day 1 – arrive in Da Nang, visit the Cam Thanh coconut-waterway basket boats and Hoi An Ancient Town if your flight allows; overnight Da Nang. Day 2 – Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge; overnight Da Nang. Day 3 – transfer to the airport, fly to Phu Quoc and visit Grand World in the evening if arrival time permits; overnight Phu Quoc. Day 4 – Hon Thom cable car and Kiss Bridge. Day 5 – Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders, a full day across two northern-island attractions. Day 6 – depart from Phu Quoc. 15h00: Visit the Coconut Basket Boat Village, where you can learn about local fishing life, traditional basket-making techniques and enjoy a fun boat tour through the coconut forest.
18h00: Continue to Hoi An Ancient Town, one of Vietnam’s most atmospheric heritage towns.

22h00: Return to the hotel in Da Nang.

Day 2Ba Na Hills with Golden Bridge (B/L)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the client

For group bookings, the following cancellation charges will apply:

45 days or more before arrival: No cancellation charge, except for any non-refundable services already booked.
44 – 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total tour price will be charged.
29 – 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.
14 – 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour price will be charged.
Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total tour price will be charged.

Non-refundable services

Certain services may be non-refundable once confirmed, including but not limited to domestic flights, train tickets, cruise bookings, hotel deposits, entrance tickets, special meals, visa-related services, and other services subject to suppliers’ own cancellation policies.

Reduction in number of passengers

Any reduction in the number of passengers after confirmation may affect the package price. The final price will be recalculated based on the actual number of participants and the cancellation terms of hotels, transport companies, restaurants, cruises, and other suppliers.

Cancellation due to force majeure

In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, political unrest, epidemics, flight cancellation, government restrictions, or other events beyond the control of both parties, we will try our best to negotiate with suppliers to minimize cancellation charges. However, any actual costs already incurred will be charged to the client.

Refunds

Any approved refund will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, bank fees, and non-refundable costs. The refund processing time may depend on the payment method and the policies of banks and suppliers.

this is our 5th TAD adventure. When booking you know where you are going but from experience we know it’s the Tour Leader that will make or break the trip. Tom greeted us and started with setting up a What’s App, a great idea, it is more than just helpful, it brings the team together, sharing & caring. it didn’t take long for everyone to jump onboard adding info, asking questions and adding /sharing photos. Tom sorted our rooms, handed out our keys, had Water everyday, paid ahead for entry to excursion destinations, organised for laundry etc which certainly ment less headaches for everyone ( upgrade) Organising the bus to save walking or taxi/uber ride (upgrade) With Tom’s wide smile, warm personality & good English we knew we were in good hands, always happy to help out and deal with our issues (they happen) As a tour leader we rate him AAA. We had a wonderful time exploring Vietnam, and the entire trip was smooth and well organised. Staying in Hanoi’s Old Quarter was a great experience, and we really enjoyed exploring the beautiful landscapes of Ninh Binh and taking the boat ride through Trang An. The highlight of our trip was the overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay. The stunning scenery, peaceful overnight stay, and morning kayaking made it a truly memorable experience. An Excellent Guide – Thank You, Hai Nguyen! Hai Nguyen made our Vietnam trip truly memorable! He was punctual, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our time with him. He explained everything so well that we could appreciate not just the places we visited, but also the culture and stories behind them. What touched me most was his willingness to go the extra mile. At Mua Cave, he patiently helped me climb the steps and encouraged me along the way. He also helped us take lovely photographs, assisted us with shopping, and took us to a place selling beautiful bamboo products. His suggestions to visit the night market and take an evening walk around the lake added some wonderful experiences to our trip that we might otherwise have missed. Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!
