This comprehensive 5-day itinerary (extending into a 5th day for departure) is the ultimate Central Vietnam grand tour. It bridges the gap between the imperial majesty of Hue, the modern marvels of Ba Na Hills, and the ancient, lantern-lit charm of Hoi An.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1Arrival Da Nang - Welcome Drink (D)

Arrival Da Nang International airport, you will be met and greeted by our local tour guide.
Check in to hotel.
Dinner and overnight in Da Nang.

Day 2Danang - Hue (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel.
Enjoy a half day tour with the boat trip to visit Thien Mu pagoda then proceed to visit Royal Citadel, built on 1804.
The tour of Imperial City features Flag Tower, Noon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purple city.
Lunch at local restaurant then transfer to Da Nang.
Upon arrival to Da Nang, it’s your free time to enjoy the beach, dinner at a local restaurant

Day 3Danang - Bana Hills (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel.
This morning, we transfer you to visit Ba Na Hills – where you will see “your road to heavenly scenery”.
Sitting in the cable car cabin, midair, looking upon the endless tree line of the forests, guests will be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the lush jungle and waterfalls along the way.
Visiting French village, flower garden, golden bridge with outstanding view to Da Nang city.
Come back Da Nang hotel for refreshing.
Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 4Da Nang - Hoi An (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel.
08h00: Driver and tour guide will pick you up tour hotel and transfer to Danang.
The first stop is Son Tra Peninsula, known as “Monkey Mountain”, which offers stunning views from 693 meters above sea level. Here, you’ll visit Linh Ung Pagoda, home to the tallest statue of the Goddess of Mercy in Southeast Asia, standing 67 meters tall on a lotus-shaped platform, surrounded by 21 miniature Buddha sculptures.
Next, explore the Marble Mountains and Am Phu Cave, where you can admire beautiful caves and historic Buddhist pagodas, gaining insight into Buddhism and Hinduism.
Finally, visit the Non-Nuoc Stone Carving Village to appreciate fine stone art and shop for souvenirs.
11h30 – 12h00: Enjoy some local cuisine at a local restaurant before visiting Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle and Hoi An Ancient Town.
13h00: Continue your adventure with Cam Thanh Coconut Jungle and spend your time enjoying the peaceful, green space of Coconut Forest and hands-on experience of round net and cast net fishing, especially enjoying basket boat rowing.
14h15: Then Hoi An Ancient Town welcomes you to visit Phuc Kien Pagoda, Phung Hung ancient house, the Japanese Bridge, Museum, etc. Shopping at Hoi An Central Market. Walk around the historic old town and be amazed by the influences from China, Japan, and Vietnam. Have dinner at the local restaurant.
Free your time with the night market and enjoy the shimmering space of Hoi An.
18h00: Enjoy your time with the boat ride on Hoai River and release the flower lanterns to pray for good luck for you and your family. You will immerse yourself in the fanciful space of the lantern street. Free your time with the night market and enjoy the shimmering space of Hoi An.
Dinner and overnight in Danang.

Day 5Da Nang Departure (B)

Breakfast at hotel.
Free for shopping in the morning till time for transfer to the airport for flight back home.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!
