Day 1: Ambassador Signature Trip Day 1

Timeline

  • 08:00 – 08:30: the driver will pick you up at the hotel and transfer to Halong Bay.
  • 11:00 – 11:45: Check in at Ambassador’s Lounge (1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City) and enjoy hot tea or coffee served here.
  • 11:45 – 12:30: Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Signature Cruise (in Gia Luan Pier) by speedboat.
  • 12:30 – 12:45: A short welcoming briefing will be held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant.
  • 12:45 – 14:00: Savor a delicious lunch whilst enjoying the majestic views of Lan Ha Bay’s islands and islets.
  • 15:00 – 16:45: Your first excursion is Viet Hai Fishing Village – a primitive and tranquil location with precious traditional cultural values. You will have a chance to explore features of the locals’ daily life, visit fish lakes, bee houses, ancient houses, or experience fish foot massage.
  • 15:30 – 17:00: For guests who are not participating in the excursion, we will serve home-made cakes at the Piano Lounge. Guests can also stay onboard and opt for an afternoon of pampering at Spa* or relaxing on the Sundeck whilst admiring the magnificent scenery of Lan Ha Bay.
  • 17:00 – 18:30: At sundown, Ambassador Signature Cruise will anchor overnight. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy cooking class or Happy Hour* and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depends on weather conditions).
  • 19:00: Savor a premium dinner at the restaurant. (Dress code: formal/semi formal/smart casual)
  • 21:00 – 23:00: After dinner, indulge in drinks* and enjoy live music at the Piano Lounge, squid fishing, or movies at your cabin.

Timeline

  • 06:00 – 06:30: Start your day with a Tai chi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge. (depends on weather conditions).
  • 06:30 – 07:00: Enjoy light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge.
  • 07:00 – 08:00: Explore Dark and Light Cave – a frog-jaw-shaped cave featuring marvelous sparkling stalactites in various shapes and sizes on the arch-shaped ceiling. This cave leads to a peaceful lake surrounded by limestone mountain cliffs. Kayaking and sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals are the best options for tourists to admire the cave’s interior (passengers can choose one of these two free activities).
  • 08:30 – 09:30: Full breakfast is served at the restaurant.
  • 10:15 – 10:30: After disembarking from Ambassador Signature Cruise, passengers will be transferred to Halong International Cruise Port by speedboat.
  • 11:00 – 12:00: Picked up by DCar Limousine and transfer to Hanoi.

Children policy

Under 5 years old: 
  • Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin)
  • From 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed)
From 5 to 10 years old:
  • 01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.
From 11 years old:
  • Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults
  • Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

  • 1 – 3 days: 50 % of the tour price
  • 4 days: 20 % of the tour price

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!
