Hanoi – Sapa – Halong Bay Discovery

Timeline

• Welcome to Hanoi, the heart of Vietnam which is considered as a blend of traditional and modern beauties.  At Noi Bai Airport, your local guide and driver will welcome then take you to your hotel to check-in.
• 16:00 pm: Our tour guide will collect you from your hotel and commence a walking tour that focuses on the cuisine of Hanoi’s street vendors.
  • Drive from the hotel to Chau Long Market, a renowned local market located in the center of the city. During our visit, we will gain insight into the diverse varieties of food and vegetables, herbs, and the manner in which local residents conduct business in their small stores. Your local guide will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and customs of Vietnamese food culture, including the historical context and ingredients of renowned northern dishes. In the Old Quarters, there are numerous delectable dishes that await your savoring.
• Take a stroll down the street to sample any of the most renowned dishes of Hanoi, which are referred to as “Hanoi style fast foods.”
  • Bun cha (noodles with barbecued pork)
  • Pho (flat rice noodles)
  • Banh goi (pillow cake), Banh tom (shrimp cake), Banh xeo (crepes pancake)
    Banh cuon (steam rice rolls)
  • Banh my Hanoi (local sandwich)

• Visit the unique local coffee shop to sample Cafe Trung (Egg coffee), learn the history of the beverage, and discover the method of preparation.
• 20:00 pm: Return to your hotel with the assistance of the driver.
• Overnight in Hanoi.

Timeline

• 07:00: Our guide and driver will come to pick you up and take you to Sapa. It takes aproximately 05 hours transfer to SAPA.
• 13:00: Upon arrive Sapa, our guide will pick you up and then check in hotel follows and have lunch at local restaurant then continue tour program.
• 15:00: Visit Cat Cat village which is occupied by the Black H’mong tribe.
• Overnight in Sapa.

Timeline

• 6:45 – 7:45: Enjoy the beautiful sunrise in Sapa and have breakfast at your hotel.
• 8:00: Visit Fansipan Cable Car Station (included 2 ways Cable Cab, 1 way Tram to the top) and spend 20 minutes with cable car to enjoy the spectacular scenery.
• 12:00: Have lunch at local restaurant.
• 14:00: Free at own leisure or continue to explore this beautiful small town, shopping activities at local shops who promotes products from boarder.
• 16h00: Saying goodbye Sapa and then take the private car to come back Ha Noi.
• 20h30: Arrival back hotel.

Timeline

• 08:30: Hotel Pick Up.
• 10:00 – 10:15: Short Lavatory Break.
  • Quick rest stop halfway to stretch your legs, use the facilities, or grab a quick snack in case you missed breakfast (our driver appreciates a coffee break as well!) before we get back on the road and finish the drive.
• 11:30 – 11:45: Boarding the Cruise.
  • The bus will arrive at Tuan Chau marina and reach our pier, where our welcoming staff will be waiting for your arrival with a big smile. A complimentary welcome drink will be served, and a quick briefing as we set off into the bay.
• 12:00 – 13:00: Lunch On Board.
  • Our award-winning chef will be serving up amazing delights for guests to indulge. Paired beautifully with lavish cocktails, fine wines, and beers. The bar will be open for the entirety of the service.
  • Water is served throughout the journey, any other drinks not mentioned will incur charges.
• 14:00 – 15:00: Kayaking or Sitting on Bamboo Boat to visit the Bright – Dark Cave.
  • We will spend 1-hour round trip paddling through a little grotto and into our private lagoon, surrounded by rock walls in all directions. It’s a peaceful little corner of Halong Bay all to ourselves. The tour guide will tell the folklore of Halong Bay before paddling back to the boat.
• 15:15 – 15:45: Frog Pond, Swimming – Lan Ha Bay.
  • Enjoy in the trampoline, water slide , go for a swim, or just stay on the boat and relax in Lan Ha Bay. You will have 1hour to enjoy the sand between your toes. So, relax and take a few moments to reflect on the absolute beauty of this natural wonder of the world.
• 16:00: Cooking Demonstration.
  • Learn the history of a traditional Vietnamese dish that is the most famous. From the fresh ingredients to the preparation method, and then have a try at making them yourselves. You’ll be able to make Vietnamese summer rolls in your own kitchen after this informative and fun course. Excite all your friends and family at home with your new skills!
• 16:30: Sunset Ceremony – Tea, Cakes.
  • Complimentary Vietnamese teas, fresh fruit, and little cakes to keep you satisfied until you return to Hanoi. While the sunset starts to drop and the sky fills with deep red, purple, and yellow, enjoy the return sail back.
• 17:45 – 18:00: Disembark – Limousine.
  • We dock at the harbor, get back onto the Limousine, and go on the highway. A quick stop halfway, and back to Hanoi.
• 20:00: Hotel Drop.
