1. Policy for day tour

Policy for children

• Child under 5 years old: Free of charge.
• Child from 5 under 7 years old: 50% of charge.
• Child from 7 under 8 years old: 75% of charge.
• Child from 9 under 12 years old: 85% of charge.
• Child from 12 years old and above: 100% of charge.

Cancellation Policy

• 50% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 48 hours -72 hours before departure.
• 75% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 24 hours – 48 hours before departure.
• 100% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled less than 24 hours before departure or no show.

2.Policy for day Cruise

Policy for children

• Child under 4 years old: Free of charge.
• Child from 4 – 6 years old: 50% of charge.
• Child from 7 – 9 years old: 75% of charge.
• Child from 10 years old: 100% of charge.

3. Policy for tour on cruise 2 days/1 night & 3 days/2 nights

Policy for children

• Under 5 years old:

– Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin).

– From 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed).

• From 5 to 10 years old:

01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.

• From 11 years old:

– Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults.

– Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

• 30% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled 5 days before departure.
• 50% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 48 hours – 72 hours before departure.
• 75% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 24 hours – 48 hours before departure.
• 100% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled less than 24 hours before departure or no show.

4. Policy for tour 2 days/1 night or 3 days/ 2 nights at hotel

Policy for children

• Child under 4 years old sharing room with parents: Free of charge.
• Child from 4 – 6 years old sharing room with parents: 50% of charge.
• Child from 7 – under 10 years old sharing room parents: 75% of charge  Child from 10 – under 12 years old sharing room parent: 85% of charge.
• Child from 12 years old with extra bed or Children with extra bed: 100% of charge.

• Translator – English 120 USD/ half day (4 hours) & 150 USD/ full day (8 hours).
