DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Day 1: Ha Noi – Tuan Chau Harbor – Lan Ha Bay – Dark & Bright Cave( Lunch/Dinner )
Timeline
- 8h00 – 8h30: You will be picked up from your hotel and transfer to Tuan Chau by shuttle bus.
- 11h45: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor.
- 11h45 – 12h30: Transfer by tender boat to Velar of the seas cruise.
- 12h30: The Cruise Manager and crew member welcome you onboard with guiding information and a safety briefing.
- 13h15: Enjoy a fabulous lunch in our restaurant. During lunch time, our cruise starts to sail through the magnificent Lan Ha Bay, a geological extension of Halong Bay which is less visited, less inhabited and therefore has the extra appeal of being a more peaceful place.
- After lunchtime, you will have a short break before joining the first activity of the tour.
- 14h30 – 16h00: Visit Bright Cave by bamboo boat rowed by the local fishermen, a serene round lake surrounded by lush trees and high stone cliffs.
- 17h00: It’s time to return to your lavish liner and cruise to your evening accommodation.
- 17h30 – 18h30: Enjoy the Sunset Party with fruits and snacks at Velar Sky Bar and Happy Hour will offer you a drink at an attractive price. Happy together, watching the Sun falling into the sea will be unforgettable memories for every single traveler on board.
- 18h00: Our Vietnamese cooking demonstration is a great way to learn how to prepare delicious appetizers and we will guide you through the process.
- 19h15: You can spoil yourself with a unique Signature Dinner in our distinctive restaurant.
- 20h45 – 24h00: It is now time to relax with an exotic cocktail and drink in the evening landscape. Our bar offers a wide range of wine, beer, and liqueurs and is always a welcome sight for guests after a day sailing on the Bay. You can order an indulgent spa service, watch movies, go squid fishing or simply relax on our rooftop deck under the cover of a brightly illuminated sky.
Day 2: Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Tuan Chau Harbor (Breakfast/Brunch )
Timeline
- 05h30 – 06h00: Greets first light of the day on Sundeck, warming up your body with Tai Chi lesson or enjoy an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice to watch the stunning scenery unfold before you.
- 06h00 – 06h40: Light breakfast will be served in our restaurant (pastries, tea, coffee).
- 06h45 – 07h40: Explore Lan Ha Bay by kayaking around Tra Bau Floating Village.
- 09h30: It’s time to go back to Tuan Chau harbor. Check out of your cabin as we draw closer to the mainland. After a final early brunch and a last goodbye from our crew at 10:45 – 11:00, you will board our tender and head back to the wharf where you will be met by your return trip vehicle to transfer you to Hanoi.
- 11h45 – 12h10: Get on the group car and get back to Hanoi.

Children Policy
Under 5 years old:
- Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin)
- From 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed)
From 5 to 10 years old:
- 01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.
From 11 years old:
- Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults.
- Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.
Cancellation policy for Tours
- 30% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled 5 days before departure
- 50% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 48 hours – 72 hours before departure
- 75% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled between 24 hours – 48 hours before departure
- 100% of the tour price if the tour is cancelled less than 24 hours before departure or no show

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?
We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?
Incase you cannot find your tour guide, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us your positions. Our tour guide will looking for you.
