DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay (L/D)
Timeline
- 08:00 – 08:30: Pick up at your hotel (NO GUIDE).
- 12:00: Transfer to Le Theatre Cruise by speed boat. Warmly welcome by our crew and given a short briefing about your cruise while sipping your welcome drink at The Opera restaurant.
- 12:45: Check into your cabin. Refresh your self during transient waiting time for leaving Gia Luan harbour.
- 13:00: Buffet lunch will be served in The Opera restaurant while Le Theatre cruise towards Halong Bay.
- 15:00: Explore Ao Ech area belonged to Lan Ha bay. It’s great ideal destination for kayaking around limestone islets, enjoy swimming in crystal sea water. Sunset tea or coffee break. Summit on the sundeck for watching the sunset. It’s nice
- 16:30: Chatting time to make acquaintance with new friends or simply enjoy hunting photos and drinks.
- 17:30: Happy Hour (17:30 – 18:30 The Golden Time, buy 2 get 1 free drink of the same one). You will also be served with free.
- 18:30: Cakes and fruit.
- 18:00: Class of cooking demonstration, our chef will guide you how to make famous traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.
- 19:00: Delicious dinner is served with Seafood set menu in The Opera restaurant.
- 21:00: After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at panoramic bar or take one of our onboard activities: squid fishing, a spa treatment service or movies in your cabin. Over night on board.
- 17:30 – 18:30: HAPPY HOUR.
Day 2: DAY 2: Explore Lan Ha Bay - Hanoi (B/Brunch)
Timeline
- 6:00: Start a day with a Tai Chi session, enjoy the fresh air and watch the sunrise on the bay.
- 6:30: Have a light breakfast on board.
- 7:00 – 8:00: Explore the Tra Bau area by kayaking, get closer to the rocky islands and admire the stunning nature of the bay.
- 9:00: Return to the cruise, check-out.
- 9:30: Enjoy brunch at the restaurant while cruising back to Tuan Chau port.
- 11:00: Disembark at Tuan Chau port.
- 11:00 – 12:00: The driver will pick you up at the cruise and transfer back to Hanoi.

Children Policy
Under 5 years old:
- Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin)
- From 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed)
From 5 to 10 years old:
- 01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.
From 11 years old:
- Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults
- Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

- No Show: 100 % charge
- 1 – 3 days: 50 % of the tour price
- 4 days: 20 % of the tour price
- 5 days: No charge

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?
We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Can I amend after I have booked?
Yes, It will depend on the time you amend with us. If you have any change, please advise us as soon as you can.
What should I do if I get lost during the tour?
Incase you cannot find your tour guide, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us your positions. Our tour guide will looking for you.

Please noted that most of Ha Long Bay Trip are provide the private car or Limousine shuttle bus (for cruise) only but on the package, we provide the private car for your most comfortable.
