DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay (L/D)
Timeline
- 08:00 – 08:30: Pick – up at hotel.
- 11:00 – 11:45: Check in at Ambassador’s Lounge (1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City).
- 11:45 – 12:30: Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Signature Cruise (in Gia Luan Pier) by speedboat.
- 12:30 – 12:45: A short welcoming briefing will be held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant.
- 12:45 – 14:00: Savor a delicious lunch whilst enjoying the majestic views of Lan Ha Bay’s islands and islets.
- 15:00 – 16:45: Your first excursion is Viet Hai Fishing Village – a primitive and tranquil location with precious traditional cultural values. You will have a chance to explore features of the locals’ daily life, visit fish lakes, bee houses, ancient houses, or experience fish foot massage.
- 15:30 – 17:00: For guests who are not participating in the excursion, we will serve home-made cakes at the Piano Lounge. Guests can also stay onboard and opt for an afternoon of pampering at Spa* or relaxing on the Sundeck whilst admiring the magnificent scenery of Lan Ha Bay.
- 17:00 – 18:30: At sundown, Ambassador Signature Cruise will anchor overnight. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy cooking class or Happy Hour* and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depends on weather conditions).
- 19:00: Savor a delicious dinner with Chef’s special menu at the restaurant. (Dress code: formal/semi formal/smart casual).

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay (B/L/D)
Timeline
- 6:00 – 6:30: Start your day with a Tai chi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge (depends on weather conditions).
- 6:30 – 7:00: Enjoy light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge.
- 7:00 – 8:00: Explore Dark and Light Cave – a frog-jaw-shaped cave featuring marvelous sparkling stalactites in various shapes and sizes on the arch-shaped ceiling. This cave leads to a peaceful lake surrounded by limestone mountain cliffs. Kayaking and sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals are the best options for tourists to admire the cave’s interior (passengers can choose one of these two free activities).
- 8:30 – 9:30: Full breakfast is served at the restaurant.
- 9:30 – 10:00: Passengers are transferred to Cat Ba Island by bus.
- 10:00 – 12:00: Explore Trung Trang Cave – one of the largest caves in Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve. The cave features a 300m length through the mountain with thousands of stalactites in various shapes, offering unique geological and ecological values.
- 12:00 – 13:30: Enjoy lunch.
- 14:00 – 15:30: Visit Cat Ba National Park – a World Heritage Site designated as a biosphere reserve in Northern Vietnam. This location acts as the home to a diverse and valuable ecosystem of flora and fauna.
- 15:45 – 16:30: Passengers are transferred back to Gia Luan Pier and get on Ambassador Signature Cruise by speedboat.

- 9:30 – 9:45: Bill settlement and check-out at the reception at the first deck.
- 10:15 – 10:30: After disembarking from Ambassador Signature Cruise, passengers will be transferred to Halong International Cruise Port by speedboat.
- 11:00-12:00: The group car will pick you up at the cruise and transfer to Hanoi.

Under 5 years old:
- Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin).
- From 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed).
From 5 to 10 years old:
- 01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.
From 11 years old:
- Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults.
- Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

Are there any age restrictions for this tour?
We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

What should I do if I get lost during the tour?
Incase you cannot find your tour guide, please stay calm, stay where you are and contact the tour guide that we provided or contact us your positions. Our tour guide will looking for you.
