DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: ATHENA SIGNATURE ROYAL TRIP DAY 1

08:00 – 08:30: Pick-up time for those who book our transfer service, you will be picked up at your hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter.

12:00: Warmly welcomed by Signature Team in Ha Long International Pier. Complete the luggage check-in procedure at the waiting lounge before boarding for the cruise.

 

12:45: Transferred to the Signature Cruise by a tender boat. The Cruise Manager and the whole crew member welcome you onboard, a safety briefing and clearing out the itinerary will be delivered while you are enjoying our signature welcome drink

 

13:00: Lunch is served at our cozy restaurant. As the cruise departs towards Bai Tu Long Bay – a hidden gem of Ha Long Bay Complex, absorb yourself in the gorgeous scenery and famous sights of limestone.

 

14:45: The cruise stops at Vung Vieng Floating fishing village, a wealthy fishing village and had its reputation for culturing pearls. Here we have time to discover the life and culture of fishing people by kayaking.

 

16:00: Back to the Signature Cruise to enjoy your free time.

 

17:00: SUNSET PARTY. And a Cooking Demonstration of traditional Vietnamese dishes will be organized by Athena Head Chef.

 

19:00: A fusion set menu will be served to warm up your stomach after a long active day.

 

20:30: Free time for evening activities: film entertainment, mini-games (in the dining room); squid fishing; massage… The Cruise Manager will be there to support you.

Day 2: ATHENA SIGNATURE ROYAL TRIP DAY 2

06:30: Good morning the Bay by joining Tai-Chi Exercise on the sundeck in 30 minutes.

 

07:00: A light breakfast is ready to serve at the restaurant.

 

08:30: Transfer to a dayboat to discover a rustic area in Bai Tu Long Bay – “Cong Dam”. Kayaking yourself to discover the breathless landscape here.

 

12:00: After exercising with a kayak, a traditional Vietnamese menu is ready to serve for lunch

15:00: Back to the main cruise, it’s the best time for doing whatever you want. Relaxing at the outdoor jacuzzi, sunbathe on the sundeck, experience a spa treatment…

 

18:00 – 19:00: Enjoy freshly prepared snacks and your favorite drinks while waiting for sunset on Ha Long Bay.

 

18:30: A Cooking Demonstration of traditional Vietnamese dishes will be organized by Athena Head Chef.

 

19:00: A fusion set menu will be served to warm up your stomach after a long active day.

 

20:30: Free time for evening activities: film entertainment, mini-games (in the dining room); squid fishing; massage… The Cruise Manager will be there to support you.

Day 3: ATHENA SIGNATURE ROYAL TRIP DAY 3

06:30: Good morning the Bay by joining Tai-Chi Exercise on the sundeck in 30 minutes whilst cruising to “Thien Canh Son” Cave.

 

07:00: A light breakfast is ready to serve at the restaurant.

 

08:00: Visit “Thien Canh Son” cave – Thien Canh Son Cave is comprised of three caverns in total, each one strewn with stalactites and stalagmites. 200 steps is waiting for your legs, ready to beat it

 

09:00: Come back to Signature cruise, relax and pack the luggage. Leave the luggage outside the door. Signature team will collect and get them ready on the Pier.

 

09:30: Enjoy a brunch buffet at the restaurant after check-out while cruising toward the port.

 

10:45: Transfer by tender back to Halong International Habour and disembarkation. Farewell to guests.

We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all!

Indochina Travel Group is a private tour company whose mission is to make visitors' time in Vietnam really remarkable.

To book tour, you can contact the Hotel Concierge or Receptionist, provide them with your information and we will reach out to you.
